Each stone slab is individually handcrafted for you. To ensure you know exactly when your unique piece will arrive, you'll find all the important information about production time, shipping, and delivery here.
Delivery time
Germany: 7–10 working days (including production and shipping)
EU countries: 9–12 working days (including production and shipping)
Since each record is produced only after you place your order, we need a few days for careful manufacturing. The delivery time is comprised of:
- Production: 2.5–3 hours of pure working time per plate (preparation, laser engraving, post-processing)
- Shipping within Germany: 1–3 business days with DHL
- Shipping within the EU: 2–4 business days with DHL
For custom designs, the production time may vary slightly – we will inform you in good time if it takes longer.
Shipping costs
Germany:
- Free shipping on orders over €50
- Orders under €50: €9.90 shipping costs
EU countries:
- Free shipping on orders over €250
- Orders under €250: €9.90 shipping costs
Shipping service provider
We ship exclusively with DHL to ensure reliable and secure delivery. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via email.
Shipping countries
Germany: Standard shipping within Germany
EU countries: We ship to all EU countries, including Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Italy, Spain, Poland, Denmark, Sweden and many more.
Packaging
Your stone plaque will be carefully and securely packaged to ensure it arrives undamaged. We use shock-resistant materials and take care to optimally protect the delicate design.
Large orders
For orders of 15 pieces or more, please contact us directly via our contact form . We will create a customized offer for you with adjusted delivery times and, if applicable, quantity discounts.
