1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via our online shop pixel-to-stone.com.

2. Contracting parties

3. Conclusion of the contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By clicking the "Order with obligation to pay" button, you submit a binding order. The purchase agreement is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email.

4. Prices and shipping costs

All prices are final prices and include VAT. In addition to the prices shown, we charge shipping costs. These shipping costs will be clearly displayed in your shopping cart and on the order page.

5. Payment terms

Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Shopify Pay. The invoice amount is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

6th delivery

Delivery will be made to the delivery address you provided. The delivery time is [XX working days]. For handmade products with custom engraving, the delivery time may vary.

7. Retention of title

The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

8. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply. For used goods, the warranty period may be reduced to one year.

9. Liability

We are liable for damages in accordance with statutory provisions. This applies in particular to cases of intent and gross negligence.

10. Dispute Resolution

We are neither willing nor obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

11. Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
