a) When visiting the website

b) For orders placed in the online shop

  • Image files uploaded for engraving, if applicable

Purpose:

  • Delivery

  • Payment processing

  • Communication in connection with the order

c) Personalized engravings (uploaded images)

When you upload images or designs:

  • We store this data exclusively for order processing.

  • They will not use your data for advertising purposes without your explicit consent.

  • They delete them after the expiry of statutory retention periods or upon request.

You confirm that you have the necessary rights to the uploaded files.

3. Hosting via Shopify

Our online shop is operated via Shopify Inc., 151 O'Connor Street, Ottawa, ON K2P 2L8, Canada.

Shopify processes personal data on our behalf.
Data may be transferred to third countries (e.g., Canada, USA).

Depending on the chosen payment method, data will be transmitted to the following providers:
