What sizes and formats do you offer?

Currently, we only offer the 60 × 40 × 1 cm format. Further formats – both smaller and larger – are already in development.

How are the stone slabs manufactured?

Each stone slab is delivered to us as a raw tile and carefully prepared for engraving. During this process, we inspect it for external damage, soiling, and other defects.

Since the edges are only sawn at the factory, we sand and chamfer them afterwards to ensure a high-quality appearance.

After impregnation, which intensifies the color and structure of the slate slab, the slab is ready for engraving with our CO2 laser.

Finally, the panel is prepared for shipping. Depending on whether you opted for a wall mount, a gallery stand, or neither, these will be included.

How long does the production process take?

Depending on workload, the production of a record takes between 3 and 7 working days. Shipping then takes an additional 1 to 3 working days until the record arrives at your home.

Can I have my own design engraved?

Of course, you can have your own design engraved. Simply select the "Your own design" product and upload your file. After we have checked and prepared your file, you give us your confirmation – then we will start producing your individual natural stone plaque.

Can I order larger quantities?

Yes, gladly! For orders of 15 pieces or more, please contact us directly via our contact form . We will create a customized offer for you with adjusted delivery times and, if applicable, quantity discounts. Since each plate is handmade, this allows us to optimally plan production and offer you the best possible conditions.

How do I care for my stone slab?

The stone slabs can be cleaned with a damp cloth. Harsh cleaning agents should be avoided. The impregnation provides short-term protection against dirt. However, long-term exposure to contaminants should be avoided.

Are the engraved natural stone slabs also suitable for outdoor use?

Our natural stone slabs are of course also suitable for outdoor use. However, please note that the engraving may become less visible due to rain and moisture.

What about the accessories?

The wall bracket is made of aluminum and stainless steel and is therefore perfectly suitable for outdoor use. The gallery stand, on the other hand, is made of waxed or oiled wood and should not be permanently exposed to the elements. However, in covered locations, the gallery stand can remain outdoors for extended periods.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Since production begins immediately after receiving your order, please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to make any changes.
